Morvan’s syndrome is a rare autoimmune disease characterised by peripheral nerve hyper excitability, CNS symptoms and autonomic dysfunction which can mimic other endocrine presentations with symptoms including hyperhidrosis, weight loss, neuromyotonia and insomnia.
